About Us

TotalCare Bundaberg was established in July 2020 by James & Sheree Bulbert. We are a local family with permanent ties to the Bundaberg community and are proud of our support and sponsorship that is given by our family to many community groups and participants.

James brings 8+ years of experience in the disability sector, starting out as a support worker before moving into team leader/manager and coordination roles with several Service Providers in the Bundaberg area. James brings a client focus and passion to the industry after being inspired by one of his Uncles, who lives with a disability, that anything is achievable with the right support and care.

Sheree has held finance and Local Government roles for 15+ years and brings a wealth of management, business support and direction to the company.

TotalCare Bundaberg aims to change the way service providers are viewed and how we deliver supports with a tailored focus to every individual client and their needs.

Now with 20+ staff and increasing client numbers, TotalCare Bundaberg is committed to delivering the best supports and quality of service and a dedicated contactable management team that can help and support the clients as well as our staff with any needs at any time.

Focused more on the participant and meeting their needs and support requirements and giving back to their model of support, TotalCare Bundaberg is not your ‘turn up, do a shift and leave’ service provider. We look to explore the opportunities, support lifestyle changes, and even support modifications and maintenance, cleaning or thrill seeking in your home, yard or community if needed.
